Treatwell is an Europe no.1 hair and beauty platform. As a part of B2B marketing team, my role was an UX/UI designer and front-end engineer designing things from concepting to implementation. Worked with marketers, strategists and sales representatives, we pursued to meet both user and business goal by creating better experiences in user’s journey that is across a range of touchpoints where people are aware, educated and determined to sign-up with us.

Content is WIP… ✍️

I primarily focused on building Partner Hub that we called ‘Leads generate machine‘. The objective was to offset the costs spent on paid marketing activities by increasing the number of inbound leads, also to educate prospects through various content such as our value propositions, success stories and blog posts, which, I hope, lead to create perfect hair and beauty experience for both partners and their clients.

Before I joined, there was just a single landing page towards various type of potential partners. We began with thinking about our value propositions to tell our story with the visitors in different consideration level, and then we came up with the content allocation along with the B2B marketing funnel.

Value propositions for partners.
